Looks like a gorgeous day in the PNW for some crossfit! You look awesome ladies.

Rachel - how on earth do you do ring dips? What is this "band" you speak of? Does it serve as some sort of assist?

I also have a knee injury now...hurt it watersking over the 4th of July, hyperextended it on a rough fall. But I did overhead squats today and it feels good so far. Keeping that ibprofen in my system...hope it heals quickly.
