weak hands...


We did as many pullups as we could in 20 minutes.

Ken rocked it at 180.

Rachel had to stop because she was slipping off the bar because of blood. 104.

I finally started doing Kipping Pull-ups about a week ago.. is that what you guys were doing? Took me awhile to get the hang of kipping pull-ups for some reason.

Blood, sweat, tears. Leaving a part of yourself in the workout is sometimes required for the new parts you're building. Way to keep on keeping, guys! :-)

Michael - yes, those were kipping. Good work on learning the movement. It takes a while to get, especially without some help from a trainer. We were fortunate to train at a great gym until we moved here.
