Class!

I joined in for a small outside class run by Josh and Kate Bridges who have recently started running some outside classes a few days a week on campus. It was good to meet them.

8 rounds

10 55lb kettlebell thrusters
100 yard run
10 burps
100 yard run

I bagged out after 6 rounds deciding it was a good enough re-entry after 6-8 weeks of slothdom and no exercise. Based on today I'm glad I made that call.

Slacker...

Sad to say that the school work combo has had the best of me and I've not worked out in over a month. And I sure feel like it.
Got back at it today with a scaled down workout to get my body back into the routine.

50 pullups
50 push ups
50 situps
50 squats

Looking forward to ramping back up as school wraps up...

Also glad to hear some crossfit classes are starting to happen around town from the sound of things.
